The Function Lab is a science-backed, longevity-focused virtual coaching practice led by a PhD in Exercise Physiology with experience working with Olympians, professional athletes, Division I programs, and the world’s most productive sports nutrition research lab. As a former D1 athlete myself, I’ve coached both high performers and everyday individuals, giving me a unique understanding of how to apply elite, research-based systems to real lives.
